VOLUNTEERS
We need volunteers to help out in multiple areas. We will be using sign up genius to help manage the volunteer spots. If you are ever unable to fulfill your volunteer slot, please find a sub and let your liaisons know if you need help.
1. Score Keeping / Timing at home games - 2 people are needed for all home games to manage the score book and keep time. Ideally, it works well when there are at least 4 people who sign up and can take turns and/or provide back-up support. Super easy and instructions will be provided.***These two roles would be perfect for high school students looking for volunteer hours!!****
2. Photography- 2 people needed (1 varsity/1 JV) to help grab pictures of the girls in action during games. These pictures will be used for the website, banquet, yearbook, senior night, etc.
4. Senior Night Parent Volunteers- At least 4 parents are needed from Varsity and JV to help honor our senior players during the senior night game (balloons, flowers, gift baskets, posters, etc.). Details will be provided.
5. Team Dinners- There will be 2 or 3 nights that will be scheduled (usually the night before a game) where the girls will meet to grab some grub and bond. We typically request a host, and additional people to help with the main dinner, sides, desserts and drinks. (The host typically does not need to provide anything other than the home for hosting). More details will be provided.
6. Banquet Helpers- At least 2 helpers are needed to help decorate, set up, clean up, etc. The banquet will be held at the end of the season and will be a combined Varsity and JV players and parents.
